Duffy’s Sports Grill has launched a charity in honor of the restaurant chain’s late owner and founder, Paul Emmett. Proceeds from the first fundraiser are set to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to fund research. Emmett passed away Feb. 10, 2015 in Palm Beach after battling cancer. He was 62.
