This past weekend, the Duffy’s Foundation and the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida teamed up together to teach these Junior Girl Scouts cooking fun with simple meals. Together we created a Garden Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette and our Duffy’s Signature Margarita Flatbread from scratch! For dessert, the girls learned how to pipe buttercream and decorate cupcakes. The girls were rewarded for their hard work, earning an exclusive Duffy’s 2018 Cooking Patch along with the Girl Scouts USA Simple Meals Badge. The girls took home from the experience their prepared meals, custom Duffy’s apron, and their own set up measuring cups so they can recreate these meals with friends and family.
