Chocolate, caramel and coconut were a recipe for success for Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida (GSSEF) and Duffy’s Sports Grill. Those were the key ingredients in the Samoa Cookie Cupcake dessert created by Duffy’s during the annual Girl Scout cookie sale program.
With more than 12,000 cupcakes purchased by South Florida dessert lovers, Duffy’s presented Girl Scouts with a check for $6,000.
“We’re thrilled that our customers love our special dessert and allow us the opportunity to continue to support an organization like Girl Scouts,” said Paul Emmett, president of Duffy’s Sports Grill.
